Madison Ginnett

Founder and Principal

Madison has over a decade of public relations, marketing, and event production experience in the hospitality industry. Her love of food started at a young age, when she began spending time in the kitchen with her grandmother. From there, her passion continued to blossom as she began planning and hosting parties for friends and family. After moving to San Francisco, Madison worked at some of the Bay Area’s top hospitality agencies, which helped her realize she could turn her talent for hosting and enthusiasm for food and events into a thriving career. 

Madison’s knowledge of and deep relationships within the Bay Area culinary community, many of which have been cultivated over 10 years, make her one of the most effective professionals in the public relations, marketing and events industries. These connections span  media, those who work in the food and beverage industry, and those in industry-adjacent organizations.

Over the years, Madison has worked with some of the country's best restaurants, bars, and hotels, and she prides herself on not just being a partner, but on becoming an extension of her clients’ internal teams, working to ensure their stories reach audiences in a meaningful and impactful manner. She has opened dozens of restaurants and produced some of the most memorable culinary events in the country. Madison’s roster of past and present clients includes the James Beard Foundation, the Golden Gate Restaurant Association (Eat Drink SF), Bahamas Culinary & Arts Festival, Boulevard, Handroll Project, Mourad, Nisei, Salt & Straw, SPQR, and many others.


Yasemin Sussman

Public Relations Consultant

Yasemin brings more than 15 years of industry experience to her work as a strategic communications consultant. She has worked with high-profile restaurants, hotels, and lifestyle brands across industries, including hospitality, travel, design, tech, and consumer products. Yasemin has always loved connecting people who can help each other. She loves storytelling and is constantly finding ways to help tell her client’s stories. 

Yasemin spent over ten years at one of the top boutique hospitality PR firms in the Bay Area, Andrew Freeman & Co., where she worked full-time and as a consultant managing publicity for top hospitality clients. In her various roles, Yasemin supervised numerous hotel and restaurant openings, coordinated media interviews, organized media events, and secured local and national press coverage for her clients. One of Yasemin’s strengths is her extensive knowledge of the media landscape and her relationships with a vast network of journalists in the hospitality space. Her agency and consulting clients have included Virgin Hotels San Francisco, two-Michelin-starred Lazy Bear, True Laurel, DOSA, Viridian, Hopscotch, Handroll Project, Michelin-starred Nisei, Pomet, and other well-known restaurants and hotels.

Yasemin lives in Berkeley with her husband, a muralist, and artist, and her six-year-old son. They enjoy exploring new neighborhoods in the Bay Area and beyond, eating at new and favorite restaurants, and are always inspired by their travels.
